How does the Stock Market Work?

Basically the stock market is a place where you can buy and sell your shares in a company. When a company makes shares available for the public to buy they are called stocks. In most cases what you get when you buy a stock is a small part of the company. You are an owner of that company and as it grows the company should become more worth which means that your stocks should become more valuable as well. At least that is what they say in pratical side there are many other things that will affect them.

Since the goal of investors is to get the maximum return on their investment the goal is to buy the stock before the price goes up and then to sell it before it goes back down. This means that you have to pay attention cause its more like a game at that moment. you will see the stock price goes up after a financial report thats good and it will go down if the report is bad. you cant predict it but you can see somethings coming so take a good look at your company and buy when you think its right and sell them when you want.
